AEM BMW Short Ram Intake systems are an economical alternative to our BMW Cold Air systems and deliver the best performance, value and ease of installation than any other short inlet intake. Our BMW Short Ram intakes install easily under the hood and cost less because we use less material to manufacture them.

During the development process, we found certain applications respond favorably to shorter inlet lengths over our longer Cold Air designs. For these BMW applications (denoted in the search results page), we offer a Short Ram system only. We perform extensive temperature testing to locate the filter in the coolest area of the engine compartment, which allows our Short Ram systems to achieve the lowest inlet temperatures possible. Inspection

Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from Alle46Parts.com within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to Alle46Parts.com no more than ten (14) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.

Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise

Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where Alle46Parts.com is providing shipment) may be returned to Alle46Parts.com for full credit, but only upon verification by Alle46Parts.com of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by Alle46Parts.com. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.

Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise

Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by Alle46Parts.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:

1.      Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from Alle46Parts.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 20% restocking charge.

2.      Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your Alle46Parts.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that Alle46Parts.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.

3.      Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.

4.      Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.

5.      Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by Alle46Parts.com, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.

6.      Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by Alle46Parts.com.
