K&N Fuel Injection Performance Kits (FIPK) are truly state-of-the-art. K&N starts with the largest conical shaped high-flow air filter that can fit into the engine compartment while using factory holes and mounting points. This extra filter size provides even more airflow at lower restriction than a standard K&N O/E replacement filter that is limited to the size of the factory air box. The oversized air filter also captures and holds more dirt increasing the service life before a cleaning is required (up to 100,000 miles). When possible, the filter is isolated from high engine temperature by a heat shield designed to lower the temperature of the air entering the engine, which increases horsepower. Next the filter is attached to a rotationally molded tube made from interlaced High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). This process allows the tube to be precisely shaped to reduce turbulence and accelerate airflow into the engine. This is why some tubes have unique shapes that are specifically engineered for each application. Finally the tube is connected to the engine with adapters made from high strength materials such as silicon and reinforced nylon and ensures long life. Inspection
Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from Alle46Parts.com within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to Alle46Parts.com no more than ten (14) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise
Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where Alle46Parts.com is providing shipment) may be returned to Alle46Parts.com for full credit, but only upon verification by Alle46Parts.com of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by Alle46Parts.com. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by Alle46Parts.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
1. Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from Alle46Parts.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 20% restocking charge.
2. Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your Alle46Parts.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that Alle46Parts.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
3. Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
4. Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
5. Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by Alle46Parts.com, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
6. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by Alle46Parts.com.
